Prepare high-quality espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service Restock supplies, rotate ingredients, and manage inventory Learn and communicate menu items, including our nutrient-forward meals and locally sourced products Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the team with tasks as needed, including light food preparation or packaging

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred 2+ years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for health, nutrition, and supporting local food systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends
