Job Summary:
We are seeking Line Cooks who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a clean, structured kitchen, takes pride in consistent execution, and is motivated by a desire to learn new skills and techniques rooted in French cuisineboth classic and modern. As part of our opening team, youll help shape not just the food we serve, but the culture we buildone that values professionalism, collaboration, and a genuine investment in one anothers growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes with precision, consistency, and care
- Maintain a clean and efficient station throughout service
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines while contributing to a culture of culinary excellence
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and communication
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with prep and mise en place, including proper labeling and storage
- Take direction well and be open to feedback and instruction from senior team members
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred, though we welcome candidates with strong foundational skills and an eagerness to learn
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic cooking techniques
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in French cuisine and a drive to expand your culinary repertoire

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
