Your Role:
As a line cook, youll be working the grill, fryer, and prep stations, executing different donburi, karaage, ramen, and many other things with speed and precision. Were looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a well-run line, takes pride in clean, consistent execution, and enjoys working with a a great team.

What You Bring:

2+ years experience on a fast-paced line
Strong knife skills and a solid grasp of kitchen organization
Dependability and a no drama attitude we value professionalism
Ability to stay cool under pressure and help keep the line moving
Passion for food and interest in Japanese flavors and techniques
