Job Details Upscale, European seafood restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join their Chef Team. Two or more years of fine dining kitchen experience required. Must possess strong background in managing larger kitchen teams as well as purchasing from and managing multiple vendors. Good communication skills with Chef team and brigade are a requirement as is effectively expediting and managing kitchen cleanliness. We're looking for a solution oriented Chef with exceptional, technical culinary skills and the ability to effectively teach those under them.
