Position: Server/Bartender Hybrid (Team-Focused Role)
This is not a bartending gig. This is not a serving gig.
Its a true hybrid position for someone who thrives both behind the bar and on the floor who values team success over personal ego , and who understands that flexibility, communication, and consistency are what great service is built on.
Youll work both roles on a rotating basis, depending on the needs of the evening bartending one night, running a dining room section the next while supporting your teammates and the guest experience without missing a beat.
What Youll Do:
- Serve and bartend at the highest level in a fine dining environment
- Execute a refined cocktail and wine program with consistency and cleanliness
- Deliver emotionally intelligent, high-touch service at tables and the bar
- Float between bar and floor depending on the shift and the teams needs
- Upsell with subtlety and care not pressure
- Help maintain pristine mise en place, glassware, and bar tools
- Lead by example in teamwork, timing, polish, and guest focus
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in fine dining and/or cocktail bars
- Feel equally confident behind the bar and on the floor
- Thrive in a team-first environment where no one says thats not my job
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly even when its busy
- Can memorize menu details, wine and sake pairings, and service flows quickly
- Want to build a restaurant worthy of real recognition together
Position Details:
- Schedule: TuesdaySaturday evenings (3:00PMclose)
- Pay: $5/hr base + full tips (average earnings highly competitive)
- Team Size: Small, tight, high-performing 3 servers, 1 bartender, 2 back servers/food runners Per Night based on volume.
- Role Rotation: You will regularly switch between bartender and server shifts
- Training: Full onboarding, tastings, and menu immersion provided
Compensation: Hourly ($5.00) plus tips
