Maitre d'/Host

Joseph's Culinary Pub is currently hiring for a full time Maitre d'/Host and possible Floor Manager.

Candidate should have at least 3 years in Fine Dining to apply. We prefer a candidate with Fine Food and Wine Knowledge and great communication and customer service skills. Working knowledge of OpenTable is a plus!

This job is very interactive with our guests. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills. As you would be running the flow of the evening, organization is key here. You would be responsible for:

*Greeting and Seating Guests
*Controlling flow between front and back of house
*Multi-Tasking
*Answering Phones and booking reservations and large parties
*assisting servers in guest needs
*communicating with support staff
*checking in with guests and maintaining communication/guest relations
