Lead Cook - Weekly Pay - North Dallas

SAGE Dining Services is seeking a dynamic lead cook for this small, private day school located in North Dallas. We are seeking an upbeat and outgoing cook to join our team. Our kitchen prides itself on preparing meals from scratch in small batches, ensuring the freshest and most delicious food for our community.

Daily responsibilities include preparing assigned menu items according to SAGE recipes while adhering to strict safety and allergen protocols that exceed guest expectations. The cook will also ensure all food is attractively presented, interact positively with both guests and team members, and follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in line with HAACP standards. Additional support in the dish room may also be required.

• This position offers opportunities for overtime during catering events with advance notice
• Summers off
