The Role:
We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items across various stations with speed and consistency. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
+ Assist with food prep and inventory as needed
+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
+ Communicate effectively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
+ Adapt to changing priorities and menu updates
What We're Looking For:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
+ Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure
+ Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
+ Commitment to food quality and consistency
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
