Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in industrial settings, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and meet safety and health standards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
- Utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
