Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Pharmacy Receptionist / Technician in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and reply with an updated resume for consideration:
**Type:** Contract to hire
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
**Pay:** $15.00 to $20.00 an hour, based on experience and/or CPhT licensure
**Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Receptionist / Technician:**
+ Making phone calls or answering inbound calls
+ Greeting patients upon arrival and departure
+ Prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of the patients medical information, adhering to HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies always.
+ Collaborate in various department meetings and forums to enhance processes and share tips to increase workflow efficiency
Verify and update patient information in the clinical information system, EMR, and/or portal.
**Qualifications for the Pharmacy Receptionist / Technician:**
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience within pharmacy setting
Being a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or familiarity with Pharmacy Software a plus.
