Work hours: PRN - Must have availability to work 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday

**Heres What You Need**
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 Year relevant experience in high volume restaurant, hospital, or Institution
FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 days required
Knowledge of food preparation/handling, and principles of sanitation Restaurant or institutional food services experience preferred
**What You Will Do**
Organizes work/area for maximum production, accurately follows production sheets
Deliver and Stock supply items in designated areas in an accurate and timely manner
Maintains kitchen and serving areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner to exceed department and TDH standards.
Understands how to read and prepare simple recipes to department standards.
Understand department standards of food quality and recipe taste
Ability to learn HACCP sanitation guidelines and follow for safe food handling.
