Minimum Qualifications: - Licensed by State of Minnesota for boiler operations, and 1st Class C License - Knowledge of boiler system operations and care - Knowledge of cooling system operations and care - Knowledge of air handling units operation and care - Knowledge of plumbing system - Knowledge of electricity - Knowledge of heating and cooling controls - Ability to keep and maintain records - Report to work regularly and on time. - Communicate with others in a cooperative and respectful manner. - Must be safety MPCA and OSHA compliant. PHYSICAL HEALTH AND ENDURANCE SUFFICIENT TO PERFORM WORK FUNCTIONS: - Ability to perform work that requires the following lifting/carrying strengths: - Frequent 50 lb. maximum Ability to perform in a work environment which may include the following physical functions: - Occasional: Sitting, reclining, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, crawling, repetitive foot, repetitive arm, tasting/smelling, far vision (over 20), color vision. - Frequent: Standing, walking, lifting waist to chest, lifting below waist, carrying, kneeling, crouching, twisting/pivot, reaching, simple grasp, fine manipulation, feeling, talking, hearing, near vision (up to 20), midrange vision, depth perception.
