This role is all about finesseshaping perfect tarts, layering flaky laminated doughs, and creating desserts that feel as indulgent as they are balanced. Rafs is a space where high-quality ingredients and thoughtful techniques take center stage, and were looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
We need someone whos confident working on their own but knows how to jump in and collaborate when needed. You have a positive attitude, bring good energy, and are just a pleasure to be around. If you know what we mean by creaming method and can deliver consistent, quality results every time, youre already on the right track.
3 day work week with Sunday/Monday are a must, the third day is up for discussion, days will be 10hrs each.
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00)
