Each of Our Spa Concierges:

• Provide personal attention from the moment the guest walks through the door until they depart
• Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our changing room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless luxury spa experience
• Answers the phone with enthusiasm and a smile every time
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand
• Remembers the small things that make each guests encounter at the Woodhouse Spa special.
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, making sure things throughout the spa are running smoothly
