Job Details Parachute Hi-Fi is looking for a Sous Chef! Full-Time availability. Weekend availability is a must. We are looking for dedicated, passionate cooks who have a stong commitment to learning, growing and executing at their best! Work with James Beard Award-winning Chef (Best Chefs Great Lakes 2019) Johnny Clark on creating a fun and diverse menu for our HiFi Listening Bar concept. We recently received 3.5 stars/4 stars by Chicago Tribune, Best New Bars in Chicago by Bon Appetit.

We are looking for someone who is well trained in ordering, inventory, culinary skills, menu changes, organizing prep lists, keeping premises clean and well maintained, and works well with managing a staff and is familiar with managing food costs and labor costs. Someone who is excited by working in a boutique Independent restaurant, enjoys creativity and learning, and is committed to constant growth and challenges. This is an hourly tipped position. About 40 hours /wk
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.20) plus tips
