SAGE Dining Services is seeking full/part time Salad/Deli Prep Cook and Line Attendant for a small private boarding school in Southern Vermont. The opportunity provides a safe and professional work environment.

A prep cook is a crucial member of the kitchen staff, responsible for preparing ingredients for chefs to cook with. Their duties include washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables, meats, and other items, as well as measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes. Prep cooks also maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
