Cleaner - 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves performing heavy cleaning duties, including floor care, rug shampooing, wall washing, and trash removal. The Cleaner will follow established procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to preserve the integrity of floors and fixtures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
+ Utilize ladders to dust and wash furniture, walls, blinds, and equipment.
+ Clean ceilings, dust light fixtures, and ceiling vents.
+ Remove stains from surfaces such as carpets, drapes, walls, and floors using appropriate chemicals.
+ Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
+ Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
+ Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including spot cleaning treatments.
+ Gather and dispose of trash in appropriate bins.
+ Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves.
+ Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
+ Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
+ Clean interior glass partitions, windows, and mirrors.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in cleaning and janitorial duties.
+ Experience in housekeeping and sanitizing.
+ Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques.
+ Ability to perform custodial tasks such as sweeping and sanitization.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 3 years of recent and relevant cleaning experience.

**Work Environment**
This role is onsite and involves working in an environment with tobacco smells. Jewelry restrictions apply, allowing only a simple wedding band. The shift is Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with potential additional hours on Friday and Saturday as needed. Attendance is crucial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
