Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guest preferences. Please ensure all food is prepared and served promptly, with attention to presentation and quality. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during service. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times. Could you collaborate with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient operations? Please maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, prep, and storage areas. Please monitor food stock and let supervisors know when supplies must be replenished. Adhere to Hilton brand and departmental policies and procedures. I'd like you to assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and storage. Participate in daily kitchen meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications: Previous culinary or kitchen experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices (e.g., ServSafe Certification is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus.
