The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in meal preparation and an understanding of food safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers. Participate in catering events as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred. Strong skills in meal preparation, menu planning, and knowledge of dietary department requirements. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
