THE JOB: At Carbone located at Aria Resort & Casino, the primary responsibility of the Host Person is to warmly welcome guests with courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness. This role ensures the outlet remains clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Additionally, the Host Person supports the Food Servers, Bus Persons, and Food Runners by facilitating guest interactions and managing table information, creating a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
