Essential Duties and Responsibilities Weekend and Holiday PM Shifts as Required Hotel or restaurant line cook experience required Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events Maintains working k nowledge o f all kitchen machiner y operations Maintains updated knowledgerelated to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products Assists in monitoring andupholdingpolicies andprocedures for safety of guests and team members Assists in maintaining cleanlinessthroughout the department Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handlestressful situationswith poise andprofessionalism Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner If offered a position the candidate must complete a criminal background check.
