Job Details Elegant 5 star hotel located in MT is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their staff for a minimum of 8 weeks possibly longer.
This is a contract/Temp position with a great career path opportunity

Requirements
2 plus years Sous Chef experience in a luxury hotel.
Excellent knife skills
Must be able to lead a team of back of the house staff
Comfortable with expediting
Train staff on menu changes and specials
Experience with banquets, in room dining and regular restaurant dining.
Assist Executive Chef with whatever they need
Oversee sanitation schedule
Help create new and exciting dishes.

This is an immediate start.
