WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A SERVER AT THE KLING HOUSE RESTAURANT?

Spread happiness and deliver an exceptional dining experience by ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable and unforgettable meal while dining with us in the Kling House Restaurant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Properly and professionally take guest’s orders, with suggestive selling

• Maintain a working knowledge of the POS system

• Expedite food when required

• Follow the steps of service

• Fully knowledgeable of all cooking techniques and products offered at the Kling House

• Clear, clean, and reset tables

• Maintain a clean and pressed uniform as dictated by management

• Provide and maintain a daily “server bank”

• Settle guest checks

• Side work and cleaning.

• Assist guests needing directions to Village Shops and local attractions

• Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed

• Adhere to the restaurant’s sanitation and safety standards

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
