The Paris Cafe is officially open in the Seaport. Originally established in 1873, this iconic NYC bistro has returned with a focused beverage program, timeless French charm, and a beautifully restored dining room that comes alive through late nights, events, and high-energy dinner service.
Were hiring bartenders who bring clarity, confidence, and genuine hospitality to the bar. If you can move fast without cutting corners, craft clean, balanced cocktails, and maintain flow while staying connected to the room, wed love to meet you.
What Were Looking For : 2+ years of restaurant bartending and/or bar experience in NYC or Europe Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and foundational bar prep
Wine service and bottle knowledge
Experience batching, prepping, or maintaining bar systems Comfort with high-volume service and ability to stay consistent under pressure Familiarity with Toast POS Clear communication, attention to detail, and a steady presence behind the bar Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with valid ID
Bonus Points For : Familiarity with French cocktails or aperitif culture Working in design-forward or high-profile spaces
Availability for dinner and late-night shifts
