Seeking a FULL TIME, EXPERIENCED CAPTAIN/SERVER to join our team!
MUST HAVE: 2-Years of fine dining experience as a SERVER.
Job responsibilities that are required, but not limited to:
- Ability to take instructions well and learn quickly
- Strength in physical mobility and carefully holding objects
- Positive interpersonal skills with staff and clients
- Working well in team settings and also individually
- Knowledge of foods and health codes
- Knowledge of point of sales systems
- Must be available on weekends
Food and Beverage Service Support:
- Connecting with clients at their tables
- Assisting clients in properly ordering food and/or beverages
- Ensuring that the table has an outstanding experience with your service
- Keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
- Cleanliness with your section and surroundings.
Customer Service:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Addressing guest needs and concerns. Communicating with managers on any feedback.
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming dining environment.
Skills and Qualities:
- Reliability and Responsibility: Being punctual, dependable, and able to complete tasks effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Being able to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
- Good Work Ethic: Being able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Being able to notice and address potential issues, such as spills or dirty tables.
- Physical Stamina: Being able to stand and move around for extended periods of time.
- Customer Service Skills: Being able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
