We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our restaurant and front-of-house team. About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll support daily front-of-house food & beverage operations to ensure a warm, memorable, and high-quality guest experience. You'll work closely with senior leaders while developing your own leadership skills, supporting team success, and learning the ins and outs of hotel food & beverage management.
What You'll Do
Help manage the front-of-house operations for our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, ensuring smooth, guest-focused service.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to associates, leading by example with a hands-on, positive approach.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and friendliness throughout the service experience.
Monitor and uphold health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling standards.
Assist with staff scheduling, inventory counts, and supply ordering to support cost-effective operations.
Foster a team environment built on clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
Support coordination of special events, private dining, and hotel-related functions.
Partner with culinary leadership and hotel departments to deliver exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations, with some leadership responsibilities (e.g., supervisor or shift lead).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead with empathy and a guest-first attitude.
Organized and dependable, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
