Reports To
The Dining Room Attendant will report to Piedmont Manager and/or Supervisor.
Job Overview
The Dining Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, wiping out chairs and wiping tabletops. Additionally, this role involves serving items to guests as instructed and completing other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Clear dining tables of used dishes and debris.
- Wipe chairs and tabletops with an approved spray and damp cloth.
- They will reset tables with glasses and silverware.
- Sweep and mop dining areas and complete other side work duties as instructed.
- They will put together room service orders and deliver them to the room.
- They will deliver amenities.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work in a team driven environment to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
