Janitor - Maintenance

Help Wanted: Janitorial Services/ Maintenance

We are hiring a responsible and hardworking individual to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks at our facility.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wax floors, etc.

Clean restrooms and restock supplies (paper, soap, etc.)

Empty trash bins and keep outdoor areas clean.

Perform minor repairs (change light bulbs, fix leaks, etc.)

Open and close empty units, check that they are clean, dust-free, and that doors function properly.

Handle cleaning products and equipment safely.

Requirements:

Non-smokers only No type of smoking is allowed on our premises.

No formal education required, but experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred.

Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Must be available to work indoors and outdoors.

Basic repair knowledge is a plus.

Schedule: 7.5 hours per day. Weekend work is required. Days off to be discussed.
Pay: To be discussed.
