They're looking for someone who truly enjoys bringing order and care into a homeand who takes pride in going the extra mile. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, and self-motivated, with an outstanding eye for detail and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. Key Responsibilities: Daily cleaning and care of a 11,000 sq. ft. residence General housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and organizing Laundry and wardrobe care, including folding and occasional ironing Tidying and maintaining shared spaces Occasional errands or household support as needed Proactively identifying and completing tasks without requiring direction What We're Looking For: Minimum 5+ years of experience cleaning private homes of similar size and caliber Impeccable attention to detail and high personal standards for cleanliness Discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times A proactive nature and the ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs Strong references from previous long-term private household roles Comfortable working around children (two in the home, no special needs) Self-directed and confident working without oversight Requirements: Must pass a comprehensive background check Signed NDA 10-panel drug screening and DMV check required Must have excellent references that can speak to your reliability, discretion, and quality of work Reliable car for transportation Additional Information: No pets in the home No additional household staff at this time You will report directly to the principals This is a non-smoking, fragrance-free home If you're someone who finds joy in keeping a home beautiful, running smoothly, and cared for with pridewe'd love to hear from you.
