Job Summary: Responsible for washing dishes and bussing tables per need or team member request. Provide timely service to customers and other team members. The dishwasher involves interacting with other team members, customers in a personable and service-oriented manner.
Qualifications:
* Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
* Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-based and high-volume environment with other coworkers
* Attention to detail to ensure quality work product
* Time management and multi tasking skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume bakery
Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitize dishes
* Follow dishwashing procedures according to health and safety standards
* Greet and interact with customers and coworkers
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper function and identify repair or maintenance needs
* Comply with health and safety regulations
* Communicate customer feedback to manager and recommendations
* Employer requirement of working Saturday & Sunday
* Employer willing to train the right candidate
