Hiring a Part Time Cleaner today! (Beverly MA) image 1 of 1 compensation: $100 per cleaning Hello! I am a local property manager looking to hire a cleaner to clean an Airbnb property in Beverly MA. The property is a 4 bedroom apartment. There will be about 8-12 cleanings per month sometimes even more. Cleaner must be able to work any day of the week and must be able to start after 11 AM but finish before 3 PM. Cleaner must also be able to do dirty laundry (bedding and towels) during the cleaning. There will be an extra set of clean towels and bedding ready to use for the incoming guest that day but cleaner still must do the dirty laundry. Washer and dryer will be in the property. I am looking to pay $100 per cleaning and the cleaning will take approximately 2.5 hours.
