Compensation and Benefits:
Full Salary Range: $19,870 - $26,840 annually, depending on qualifications.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (20 hours/week)

About the Role:
This Custodian II is a 20-hour benefitted position that will perform a variety of general housekeeping duties, which include, but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying trash in offices, classrooms, restrooms, stairwells and hallways. This position requires the use and operation of heavy floor equipment such as high speed floor buffer, floor scrubber, wet /dry vacuum, area wide vacuum, dry carpet cleaner, upholstery cleaner, and carpet extractor cleaner to perform skilled care in refinishing, restoring and maintenance of various hard surface floors and carpets. The successful candidate must have experience using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies and must maintain reliable means of transportation to work locations. The physical duties include: bending, stooping, standing, walking, kneeling and physical strenuous activities which involve lifting routinely up to 50 lbs. This employee will be expected to understand and adhere to current Infection Control and Safety Standards and have knowledge of general safety rules.

What You Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED with1-3 years of custodial experience
"OR" No High School diploma/GED with 5-7 years of custodial experience
2 years' experience in use of carpet extractors, scrubbers and buffers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a large commercial organization/building environment
- Experience providing customer service
