As an integral part of our organization, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events that align with our company's mission and goals. This role requires a strong ability to balance multiple projects, develop budgets, coordinate logistics, and communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and attendees. Job : Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range : $25.50 - $34.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location : Orlando, FL Responsibilities Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify event objectives and target audience. Develop and manage event budgets to ensure expenses remain within financial guidelines. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and pricing. and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Oversee attendee registration processes and manage on-site logistics during events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination for both large and small events. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors. Proficiency in event management software and technology.
