THE JOB:

As an On-Call Bartender in the Showroom, you are more than just a drink slinger, you are the vibe curator, the memory maker, and the friendly face behind the bar. You will mix up everything from signature cocktails to classic favorites, all while keeping the bar looking sharp and inviting. Whether its a special event or a packed night of fun, you will tap into your knowledge of spirits, beers, and mocktails to deliver top-notch service. Most importantly, you will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $9.53 an hour plus tips

THE SCHEDULE:

On Call | Swing Shift

• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• 4:00pm - 12:00am
• 5:00pm - 1:00am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar
• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and nonalcoholic selections available
• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
• Provide Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

• Ability to work selected on-call shift/days on an as-needed basis
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Highly confident in mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment
