Happy, bright personality who truly enjoys the hospitality business
3-5 years of kitchen experience (cook, lead line cook, sous chef, etc..).

Organized, articulate & able to maintain a calm demeanor under stressful situations. Neat, punctual & shares our goals of local, organic, sustainable food system practices.
