We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to Join our Pack at NC State University as a Banquet Bartender.
Essential job duties include:
Able to work all types of events anywhere on campus
Able to work by themselves
Proper set up and break down of bars. Setup events, work the event, and clean up after the event, including removing all catering items from the event space(s), washing any dirty catering items and returning all cleaned and restocked items to the appropriate places within the catering stock rooms.
Communicating with clients and guests as needed
Catering support during down time
Making sure the kitchen is clean before they leave when in Talley (taking out trash, sinks and counters are clean, floors are swept and mopped, dishwasher is drained and turned off).
Able to check for identification ensuring no minors are being served.
Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Dining business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary.
Full and Part time hours available.
This is an hourly position, that includes a State required 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Superior work performance may provide an opportunity to renew employment.
