REPORTS TO: General Manager

LOCATION: Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo

SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized to perfection.

Operate the dishwashing machine and handle hand-washing duties with efficiency and care.

Assist kitchen staff with prep work and other duties as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.

Work alongside our amazing team to ensure timely service and a fantastic guest experience.

Help with inventory and stocking supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Kitchen Manager promptly.

Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every shift.

Foster a fun and collaborative atmosphere with your team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not necessary well train you!

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is typically performed in the venue. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work involves a majority of standing, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, and some lifting up to 50lbs
