Job Overview:
As a Part Time Night Auditor, you will ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest inquiries, process reservations, manage end-of-day accounting tasks, and maintain a welcoming, secure, and organized front desk environmentall while working the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently check guests in and out with professionalism.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and proactive attitude.
Balance and reconcile daily revenue, including room charges and hotel transactions.
Email daily financial reports and complete end-of-day accounting tasks.
Perform nightly front desk duties such as processing reservations and maintaining the lobby.
Monitor the property from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure security and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Provide directions or recommendations to guests as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with hotel property management systems is a plus.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
