Position Responsibilities:
As a Dishwasher, youll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by:
+ Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.
+ Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety.
+ Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces.
+ Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures.
+ Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications:
+ Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
+ Must be able to:
+ Lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
+ Walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
