Benefits Include: Great Pay Flexible Work Schedule Fun Environment Opportunities for growth The Role: The Baker and Prep Cook position is responsible for preparing all baked foods and food items in accordance to Little Rad recipes and maintaining cleanliness of BOH and dish areas. 2 years experience as a baker required Baker and Prep Cook job duties will include, but are not limited to: Properly demonstrate knowledge and ability to safely operate kitchen equipment (knives, deli slicers, alto-shaam/oven, etc.) Create dishes from scratch to completion Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistently high-quality food Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift in accordance to safety and sanitation measures Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu + ingredients Assist in other aspects of the store, including but not limited to, cleaning dishes, restocking walk-in and storage areas, and assisting general manager with other assigned tasks Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Referral program Shift: Day shift Evening shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Nashville, TN 37205 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Nashville, TN 37205: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person See company reviews
