We're searching for a dedicated and proficient Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the seamless operation of our industrial machinery, playing a direct part in our continued success. You won't just be fixing things; you'll be ensuring our products get to market efficiently and reliably.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience that Counts: Preferably 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. Your hands-on expertise is what we're looking for!
  
  
• Technical Know-How: A solid understanding and proven proficiency in electrical and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• Blueprint Whisperer: The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals with ease.
  
  
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  
  
• Grit & Determination: The ability to lift heavy equipment and thrive in physically demanding environments.
  
  
• GMP Savvy: A working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a must.
  
  
• Your Own Tools: You'll need to supply your own hand tools to get the job done right.
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required; a technical or trade school certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the Fixer: Perform essential preventive and corrective maintenance on a diverse range of industrial machines, including conveyors, labeling machines, dry filling machines, and packaging equipment. You'll diagnose issues, replace or repair defective parts, and meticulously test equipment to guarantee top performance.
  
  
• The Go-To Expert: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems with confidence. Your expertise will be key in identifying system malfunctions and executing needed repairs.
  
  
• Building for the Future: Install new machinery and lend your valuable input to production line layout changes, helping us optimize our operational flow.
  
  
• Precision & Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics like a pro. You'll also maintain precise maintenance records and document all repair procedures, ensuring everything is clear and traceable.
  
  
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety standards and consistently maintain a clean and safe work environment, because nothing is more important than the well-being of our team.
  
  
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our production teams to minimize downtime and crush operational goals. You'll also participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives, helping us get even better at what we do.
