Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lead Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting housekeepers to various properties and supporting them in their daily tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all cleaning duties. You will also inspect units for cleanliness and readiness for guest arrivals, while maintaining linen closets and cleaning supply inventories.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team throughout the day
- Assist with cleaning tasks as needed to ensure efficiency and quality
- Drive housekeepers to and from properties in Avon and Beaver Creek
- Inspect units for cleanliness and proper setup before guest arrivals
- Maintain and organize linen closets and housekeeping supply areas
- Perform periodic inventory checks of linens and supplies
- Track inventory for owner units
- Place orders for cleaning and housekeeping supplies
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Complete maintenance work orders and report issues promptly
- Provide warm, professional hospitality to both guests and homeowners
- Uphold high cleanliness standards across all properties
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
