We are a fast-paced, high-energy Jamaican & Nigerian fusion restaurant located in the heart of Brooklyn. Were currently hiring reliable, hardworking, and experienced kitchen staff to join our growing team.

Open Positions:
Line Cooks
Prep Cooks
Kitchen Assistants

What Were Looking For:
Experience working in commercial kitchens or on the line
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions
Familiarity with Caribbean, African, or Latin cuisines is a plus
Team players with a great attitude and strong work ethic
Must be punctual, clean, and organized
Spanish-speaking (bilingual a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities May Include:
Prepping ingredients (chopping vegetables, marinating meats, etc.)
Cooking and plating dishes during service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
Assisting with inventory and closing duties
