Baker Assistant Wanted, no early mornings required!

Hey Raleigh were growing and need help!

We are a custom cake studio with our commercial kitchen based in South Raleigh.. We make custom, made-to-order cakes for weddings, birthdays, and everything in between and were looking for someone awesome to help with baking and prep. Flexibility on work schedule, and no early mornings required!

What youll do:
- Bake cake rounds (well train you on our recipes)
- Make buttercream & fillings
- Help with crumb coating and prepping for decorating
- Label, wrap, and store baked goods
- Keep the kitchen tidy and running smooth
- Simple decorating/prep work (based on experience)
- Other basic bakery kitchen tasks

Ideal for you if:
- Youve baked before (at home or in a kitchen)
- You like being in the kitchen and working with your hands
- Youre detail-oriented and reliable
- You would like or need a flexible schedule

What youll need:
- Reliable transportation
- Great time management skills
- A ServSafe Food Handler certification (Online for course/exam, $15 reimbursable)
- Passion for baking delicious cakes/desserts and learning

Pay: $16 to 20/hr (based on experience level)
Hours: 1624/week minimum, potential for more/full time
