Housekeeper

Reports To: Director of Facilities

Schedule: 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to join the Glenmeadow team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for all residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is dedicated to providing an exceptional resident experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Uphold all health and safety guidelines and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to resident requests and inquiries
• Work effectively as part of a team to support overall operations and ensure smooth daily workflows

Experience Desired:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospital environment is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
