Full-time Residential Cleaner Needed - No Experience Necessary!

Definite Cleaning & Care Services in Victoria, BC is hiring!

We are looking for a full-time residential cleaner to join our team. No experience is necessary, as we will be happy to train you!

The ideal candidate:
-Has a keen eye for detail
-Looks for ways to be efficient without cutting corners
-Is personable and friendly, with a positive attitude
-Is confident, respectable, and carries themselves in a professional manner
-Takes great pride in a job well done
-Is looking for a long-term fit
-Wants to build a career as a professional cleaner
-Is able to work independently or to coordinate with others as part of a cleaning team
-Is able to lift up to 20 lbs. and has good mobility to reach and bend
-Has a valid BC Drivers Licence
-Has a reliable vehicle to get to each cleaning job
-Is available to work full-time (35 to 40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. There is an option to potentially work Saturdays, if desired.

Compensation starts at $23.50 per hour, with travel time and mileage paid, depending on client location. We provide all equipment and 100% eco-friendly cleaning supplies. This posting is for full time employment, however, if working as a subcontractor is better for you, we are open to that arrangement.
