Job Summary: Brockton Home Health Care Agency is looking for a receptionist tohandles front desk duties, manages phone calls, schedules appointments, prepareadmission packet, assist with faxing physician orders and upload signedphysicians orders physician orders into axxess, calling hospital and doctorsoffice to request patients last visit notes and medication list. TheReceptionist will maintains client records. Greets visitors, assist withadministrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment.

Required Skills:

Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills areessential for interacting with physicians, staff, and patients.

CustomerService Skills : Ability to interact professionally and courteously withclients, families, and staff.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, andmaintain accurate records.

Attention to Detail : Carefully reviewdocuments for accuracy and completeness.

Problem-Solving : Ability toidentify and resolve issues related to physician orders and patient care.

Knowledge of Home Health : Familiarity with home health regulations, procedures,and terminology is beneficial.

ComputerSkills: Proficiency in using office software and databases.

Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties: Greet clients,staff, and visitors in a professional manner.

Telephone Management: Answer androute calls, take messages, and provide information.

Scheduling and Appointments:Schedule client visits, appointments, and maintain calendars.

Record Keeping: Maintain clientrecords, documents, and files.

Administrative Tasks: Performdata entry, filing, and other office duties.

Client and Family Support:Provide assistance to clients and their families, including referrals andsupport.

Communication: Serve as a liaisonbetween clinical and administrative staff.

Other Duties: Assist with officetasks, such as managing mail, faxing, and ordering supplies.
