Vince Smith Hair Experience is a high-end salon in the heart of downtown Manhattan, known for delivering exceptional hair, makeup, and beauty experiences. Were seeking a friendly, reliable, and stylish individual to join our team in a dual role as Salon Assistant and Receptionist.

Position Details:
Part-Time Wednesday through Saturday

$20/hour
Opportunity to grow within a creative and professional salon environment

Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
Handle check-ins, checkouts, and payments
Support social media by capturing occasional content or posting reminders

Salon Assistant Duties:
Support stylists with client prep (shampooing, applying treatments, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and common areas
Restock products and supplies as needed
Assist with laundry and basic housekeeping tasks

Requirements:
Friendly, professional demeanor with great communication skills
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Previous salon or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A love for beauty, fashion, and great hair is a major plus!
