PURPOSE
To prepare and serve alcohol to guests that is consistent with the standards of the Beverage Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate beverages according to established recipes; Serve guests in compliance with MAST and guest service standards; Rings up each transaction on the cash register and adhere to accurate cash handling policies.
- Maintain necessary pars and monitor quality of product and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Initiate and establish superior guest service including recommendation of drink selection and informing of specials and product knowledge.
- Utilize and implement MAST training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns and over service.
- Set up and close workstations in compliance with established procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- One (1) year guest service.
- Six (6) months bartending experience or completion of accredited bartending school.
- Or three (3) month internal fast track program completed.
Skills and Abilities:
- Above average knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Beer.

You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
