Office Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk (National Frozen Foods) - Chehalis, WA

Position Description: This position is responsible for accounts payable responsibilities, in addition to the front desk duties and carrying out general administrative tasks.

Shift: Primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Benefits: Permanent, fulltime position benefits include medical, dental, and vision on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Upon qualifying, eligible for paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, jury duty, bereavement leave, 401k + matching, Life and Long-term Disability Insurance. Specific Job Tasks: Including, but not limited to:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
• Responsible for answering and directing phone calls in a friendly, positive, professional manner
• Sorting/Distributing Inbound and Outbound Mail
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Accounts Payable Process (to include Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoices, Statements)
• Assist Office Manager with miscellaneous jobs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong data entry and 10-Key skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask as well as manage changing priorities
